Meet Our Founder
Tonyé Babudoh
I’m an Events Manager dedicated to turning each client’s event vision into reality, with client satisfaction being my top priority. I have 10 years of freelance experience managing a wide range of events including company away days, product launches, supper clubs, residentials, and live music events.
I have over six years of experience in the retail sector, where I led teams for several high-street retailers and organised company away days. Additionally, I spent five years project-managing national teams in the violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector, supporting numerous women facing multiple disadvantages. During this time, I was honoured to be selected for the Network for Black Women Leaders (NBWL) Programme and proud to be part of its alumni community.
Outside of work, I serve as a trustee for You My Sister, a charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse and women affected by sexual exploitation. I am also the founder of a nonprofit focused on helping individuals break free from unhelpful behaviour patterns. In my spare time, you’ll often find me at a jazz bar, immersed in a self-help book, or indulging in Southeast Asian cuisine—one of my absolute favourites.
